Compared with the traditional full hydraulic injection molding machine, the full electric injection molding machine completely abandons the hydraulic driving system generated by the full hydraulic oil pump motor in the power drive system, and adopts the servo motor drive, and the transmission structure adopts the ball screw. And synchronous belt, which greatly improves the control accuracy of the power system of the injection molding machine, completely solves the problem of hydraulic oil pollution to the environment, and reduces the noise generated by the machine.
The all-electric injection molding machine has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, low noise, accurate measurement, etc. The control system of the all-electric injection molding machine is simpler than that of the hydraulic machine, the response is also fast, and it has excellent control accuracy, which can provide complex synchronous actions and shorten the production cycle; The ultra-large and high clamping force injection molding machine is limited by the transmission mechanism and the cost is controlled, so it is not suitable for the ultra-large and high injection molding machine.
