During this trip, we experienced Thailand’s warm hospitality and rich culture, while also deepening our connection with local customers. The journey helped us strengthen trust and build closer partnerships for future cooperation.
Our long-term agent in Thailand has always trusted NPC injection molding machines for their reliable performance and quality. The agent is now building a new warehouse and welcomed our visit warmly. During the meeting, they shared their expansion plans and mentioned that once the new facility is complete, they plan to purchase more NPC machines. We were truly encouraged and look forward to working more closely in the future.
In the following days, we visited several customers who have been using NPC injection molding machines for years. They shared their positive experiences, praising our machines for their stable operation, high efficiency, and easy maintenance. Many customers also invited us to dinner, creating a friendly and pleasant atmosphere that further strengthened our relationship.
We also visited a long-term customer who has repeatedly purchased NPC machines. At their factory, we saw the NPC140 Injection Molding Machine running efficiently to produce bottle caps, while PET machines operated smoothly. Seeing our equipment helping customers achieve stable production made us proud and confident in our mission.
