NPC INJECTION MOLDING WITH IML TURNKEY SOLUTIONS
1. Mechanical Section
Robot/Manipulator: Used to accurately place labels into the mold and remove finished products after molding.
Gripper/End-of-Arm Tool: Specially designed to grip, hold, or position labels to ensure stable labeling.
Mold with Label Positioning System: Vacuum suction ports or electrostatic devices are designed into the mold to help secure labels within the mold cavity.
