Placing Personal and Equipment Safety Above All Else

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Ding addressed the current situation of the after-sales department and highlighted the importance of personal safety and equipment safety during service work. He emphasized that after-sales service often takes place at customer sites, where working conditions can be complex and unpredictable. Therefore, safety must always come first, and no efficiency or schedule should ever be achieved at the expense of safety. In response to recently reported issues, he asked the team to identify risks at the source and continuously strengthen safety awareness.

Balancing Flexibility with Clear Safety Standards

When discussing after-sales working methods, Mr. Ding pointed out that while flexibility and fast response are important advantages of after-sales service, they must always be supported by clear safety boundaries and operating standards. He stressed that personnel deployment can remain flexible, but safety execution must follow unified rules. At the same time, improving understanding of machine principles and strengthening maintenance skills are essential steps to reducing incorrect operations and avoiding potential safety risks.

Turning Field Experience into Standardized Practices

Following this, the head of the after-sales department shared insights from daily service work. He noted that the after-sales team gains valuable hands-on experience from frequent field operations, but the key lies in timely summarizing lessons learned and turning problems into standardized procedures. By organizing supplier visits and technical exchanges, the team can gain a more systematic understanding of machine structures and critical safety points, allowing technicians to work with greater clarity and confidence during repairs.
